Commission structure changes every quarter, no stability in that regard and is perfect to demotivate sales people. Progress within the company is very slow, if you enter in an entry level job you will be stuck for quite some time to progress to a more senior sales role like account manager. There is a lot of mentioning of improving job roles and responsibilities but expect to wait for it endlessly. Middle management is more focused on reporting (pulling reports from salesforce) than actually developing people. More focus on KPI (callrate, call time) than actual value adding activities. HR is very sharky eg. Selling the job, salary negotiations and can even belittle you when going for a promotion.
