4yThank you for your candid feedback. Though reorganizations and changes are inevitable in our industry, we recognize that some of these changes impact our employees. However, we encourage all employees to have regular, ongoing communications with their managers to help achieve their career aspirations. Autodesk is continually evolving and looking to put our most talented people in positions to achieve our goals. Whenever possible, we look at our internal talent prior to recruiting outside. If a company decision impacts an employee, industry-leading help and services are provided to employees free of charge to help them transition. We hope this helps to provide some clarity around some of the changes!
