Org misalignment (AE's & SDR's do not have similar goals despite what they say) Comp-plans are always delayed. Every. Single. Year. Recoverable draws are put in place at the beginning of every FY. Leadership plays favoritism too much. High turnover at multiple levels. From SDR's to AE's to Managers, to Sr. Leaders (after they've vested stock anyway). If you're under paid for your role based on old market data, you will not get the appropriate increase unless you threaten to leave. People get promoted without being qualified, but then also do not receive the proper training/mentorship to be successful. It's a crap shoot if you get a decent manager to nurture you.
