- Promotions based on if they like you or not, not based on work output or leadership qualities.
- Promotions for this specific position do not come with any raise, only a bonus multiplier so you have to hit the bonus to make anything extra.
- Recently removed monthly performance based bonus structure and cut yearly pay by at least $30k by introducing a quarterly sales driven commission plan that will likely not achieve more than $1000 quarterly.
- No merit raises in 3 years. Even the most valuable employees are told to kick rocks if they ask for a raise.
- Everybody is paid on a seemingly nonsensical scale with one person doing the same job for $65k while another does it for over $100k. It’s based on “expertise,” but most have been here 2-4 years, have similar qualifications, and do the same job.
- They tell us not to discuss pay with each other because of the large pay discrepancies and I am 99% sure that’s an NLRA violation. Obviously people still talk because they are disgruntled or I wouldn’t have salary information for at least 8 coworkers.
