Work culture doesn’t looks like that they are manufacturing such a critical parts, e.g. airbags and seat belts. 4. No respect to working associates. 5. Need to work a lot to improve the work culture. 6. Very stressful atmosphere. 7. Very high attrition rate. 8. Very stringent hierarchy which ceases your career progression.
