- Really nice, young people. - Learning new stuff, being able to see how a big company works. - Working in 5 shifts that change every other week: (this is pro but goes both ways) - Vacation bonus, Christmas bonus, Easter bonus ... etc - Team building

Svantaggi

- Not many career opportunities - Base salary is low compared to other companies (there are bonuses involved though) - Unpaid overtime. - Working on weekends twelve hour shifts.
