Not Worth It - Recensione dipendente - Material Runner presso Autoliv

They do not care about you. At all. This job would be ideal for maybe some young, but don’t plan on this being a career. I was told by management that they do like to rotate younger people in, often. They had one of the worst responses to COVID-19, including taking away employee time for the year of 2021 in regards to 2020. No relation. The pay is not competitive compared to surrounding areas. When I say they do not care about you, I cannot stress it enough. I knew people that worked for 3+ months without a day off unless they used their own accruals. Would not recommend to anyone who would like to make Autoliv a career. Oh, and HR doesn’t do a thing about any problem you have. So again, would not recommend.
