Not most competitive pay, but likely competitive among other suppliers in same segment

Great people who care, good salaries.

Work life balance, senior management isdisengaged and does not lead with excitement or much of anything, most new positions are focused on building in central Mexico and advancement opportunities are promised and no follow through.
