Used to have flex days and get to go home when end of weeks build is complete. Not any more. Now us operators are sent to other areas (with or without training for Saud areas) all because those areas "need" the help. I was told that is was solely happening because they didn't want to pay those areas overtime. Thwy only give you 3 shifts worth of personal time that needs to last an entire year before it resets. But you can purchase more personal time at the beginning of each year.
