The job setting is a call center with a strong focus on "call time" more so then anything which through proper observation can be more anecdotal then truly beneficial for the employee. This company has strong values and will treat you fair. There is a lot of spiff and contests which do bring a lot of fun to the work place. A company that is growing but to climb a career ladder it is limited.

Poor metrics are used to measure performance with a disregard to results. As well more praise is put to no fruit barring tasks. No applicable training provided. The training will be essentially reading scripts and 30-45 mins of week one boot camp. These trainings happen weekly and due to the redundancy they fall of deaf ears. To be highly effective you will need to put in time after working hours. The new change is commission structure will effect most of the employees commissions directly while no solution is provided at this time to employees besides being told to call. When phone number don't connect that time is recorded so if you have a bad batch you could lose out of commission when it is slow.
