As an owner, it is disappointing to offer an opportunity in a new industry with a clear growth plan for an employee, only to see them lack the patience and dedication needed to build a strong foundation for future success. It is frustrating when an employee who has strained relationships with the team and direct supervisors fails to recognize that repairing workplace dynamics requires diplomacy—often through behind-the-scenes efforts—to rebuild trust and cohesion. It is aggravating when an employee is too shortsighted to grasp the widespread impact of the pandemic, including product shortages, soaring costs, and severe distribution delays. This becomes even more problematic when they serve as the direct client spokesperson yet struggle to effectively communicate these global challenges.
