      monthly lunch. lots of overtime.

      no communication, no leadership, knee jerk reactions by management, little documentation. high turnover rate. (I had 3 different supervisors during the course of my year there) expensive insurance, poor PTO options for employees that are just starting out. General unprofessional behavior. Management favorites could get away with murder. Nepotism.

      COVID19 has been tough for many companies and it's a continual struggle. 33M people have filed unemployment claims in the US - we aren't alone in this economic struggle that all companies are battling right now. We will continue to be committed to our customers and they are committed to us - it's a partnership. It doesn't sound like you were happy to work here regardless of what is going on the world today and that's too bad.
