The flexible work promise is a scam. If you are hired as a QA, they will expect you to work on a shift they ask you to with week offs on days other than Saturday and Sunday. The people are mostly very rude and there is no definite process inside the projects. Everything keeps changing as per the CEO and management's decision and you will rarely be consulted regarding these decisions.
