- overtime (said no overtime but you are suppose to work even during your offday) - no solid documentation or whatever but got blamed for those lacking documentation. - also there is penalty which make you must active even at your off working hours and there is no cap for it. they can take away more than 30% of monthly salary. - Tried to take emergency leave but HR replied at next day which make me very update and unprofessional.
