Toxic company - Recensione dipendente - General presso Automation Anywhere

Very chaotic with a lot of broken internal systems. All processes are very manual and lots and lots of emails. Founders run the company like amateurs. Many of the senior management are friends of founders and it seems they are all connected on a personal level. It seems like good 70% are Indian and the rest are Chinese. Only few white. Lack of diversity in that regard. Management does not trust the employees (they tell you so) and everything requires so many approvals and takes forever. Changes direction with one word from the founders. You get texts and calls at 2 in the morning and they expect you to answer emails during holidays, weekends, day and night. You will have to create your boundaries or you will burn out! Working condition is worse. They double up people in a cube and it is so loud that you can’t focus on your work. When employees complain, CEO’s wife just says “just have fun with it”. We are not making big bucks so why should we stick around? So many people leaving only after a short time. They don't even offer 401K match. I tell my friends to stay away.
