Thank you for the review. I'm so sorry that it's been a sub-par experience for you to date. Are our efforts to loosen up communications and flow information to all levels of the organization making a difference yet? In 2019, we've quadrupled the number of all-hands meetings with open Q&A, we've added an intranet (Team Anywhere), and we've added OKRs which allow everyone in the company to see company and team objectives. We still have a long ways to go, but wondering if any of this is working for you yet and how you'd steer future efforts?
