      Hardworking and nice teammates, hot technology space, work-life balance attainable (if you ignore the pressure)

      Top-down "just do what we tell you to" management style, resource-strapped, convoluted processes in engineering and product; constant negotiating and arguing to move just a hair in the right direction—it's exhausting; potentially the least-approachable C-Suite and senior management of any place I've worked at.

      Thank you for bringing your perspective to this forum. We have instituted many methods of 'listening' to our employees, including weekly Town Hall meetings with open Q&A and regular Pulse surveys to gauge employees' asks. Please let us know what your solutions are to the problems you see - I promise you will not be made to feel wrong.
