Pay is not very competitive

The relationships you build with certain people are amazing depending on who is still there now back from when I was. Benefits were not bad.

At the beginning you feel very valued as a person. They pride themselves on being a family based company but the longer I was there the more apparent it was that I was just a number and I wasn't valued or considered family at all. Favoritism was a big thing that I noticed in the company. Organization was a mess and change happened often was very hard to keep up. You could tell when you were not liked at all.
