Designers were frequently asked to work on LinkedIn creatives and social media posts unrelated to UX responsibilities. Limited appreciation and understanding of the value of design within the organization. No clear salary hike structure or strong growth opportunities. The CEO, team leads, and management had very limited understanding of UX design and modern product thinking. Favoritism was noticeable in certain situations.
