this place is very interesting to say the least. from the very beginning when i started there i could just feel something was "off" and you should really trust that instinct. never in my life have i seen more bizarre behavior happening in the office. this place is made up of sorority girls who will never grow out of it. crying and kissing each other on the cheek after not seeing your coworkers over the weekend is again bizarre behavior. management is horrendous and the girls below live in constant fear. the turnover rate is extremely high because once you make the smallest of mistakes you should start counting your days. micromanagement is at an all time high and they will be breathing down your neck all day. the behind the scenes bullying was at a whole new level, and no one is there to protect you from it. if you try to go to anyone for help you are seen as nothing but a headache and should expect to be let go. the way the teams speak about and despise each other is so unsettling, and on top of that they do not know how to work together cross divisionally at all. they are so unorganized and do not communicate with each other which is why clients are always unhappy. so if you want to relive your glory days for the rest of your life this place would be a great fit. don't let this place scare you, i promise not all agencies are like this and you can certainly find better.
