Really bad management decisions have seen what was once a forward thinking, industry leading company head down the pan. After yet another round of redundancies and the the apprenticeship arm of the business failing you think they would learn. Instead they promote yet again the wrong person into a role. You think they would learn and look to protect the one area of the business that has continued to deliver a profit. Instead a leadership role is given to person who has made it quite clear over many years what she thinks of the rest of her team. You just lost the respect of a very loyal team.
