6yThanks for your feedback. We work hard every day to ensure associate engagement across the organization to drive better results and to provide for a more rewarding experience at Availity. We’ve recently reorganized from what ended up being a locational-based structure to one that is in better alignment with our business drivers. We believe that our associates will now feel even greater empowerment regardless of their work location or primary job function.
We believe our benefits program is both comprehensive and highly competitive. We suspect your comments about our insurance program pertain to our medical plans. Availity offers two high-deductible health plans (HDHP) which are consistent with our philosophy of putting the power of healthcare spending back in the hands of our associates. By nature, these programs have a high deductible, but it is important to view the programs in total including the Availity contributions to a health savings account and wellness credits that, combines, can be as much as $1,500 annually. Nevertheless, your comments are appreciated and valuable to us as we continue to improve our programs.
