Pre-covid, we may have agreed that there were some challenges around including remote associates. But after going 100% remote in March 2020 (Wow, it’s been a whole year!), we’ve dramatically improved our internal communications and digital workflows. In 2019, we implemented Microsoft 365 (M365). In 2020, we spent a lot of time digging into these new tools—leveraging chat, Teams, video, outlook, Yammer, and others to improve the way we work and better align the company. Our working style will be forever changed, from remote to semi-remote to super flexible – we're excited about it all.
So, we’re sorry that you felt that you were on an island—if only you had said something sooner—we might have been able to help. Again, thank you for your comments. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
