Healthcare is a challenging business, but it can turn into a rewarding career once you catch on. Fortunately, we offer several training opportunities for new hires and allow for space/time for new associates to learn. No doubt working in client services can feel draining, and helping our providers is challenging. Still, our customer service continually receives high scores from our customers and is often referenced as some of the best in the industry. These scores indicate that our ACS associates are learning and growing as healthcare and customer service professionals.
