We hear you on our training. Our teams are hard at work improving our training for new hires and new Client Services associates. Healthcare is complex, and it takes a little time to ramp up your knowledge and feel comfortable speaking with customers; we know that. However, we’ve learned that most reps learn better/faster once they start helping customers, so we try to get folks on the phones as quickly as we can.
