4yThank you for sharing your experience, even if it wasn't as positive as we'd like. While we are a growing and fast-paced company, we take associate training, advancement, and resource allocation very seriously—and are always looking for ways to improve.
Our customers have high expectations for Availity, and we need to be as responsive as possible to issues they may be having. Client support isn't an easy job, but our support specialists are some of the best in the industry. We have always focused on helping associates succeed and have created a culture where we take feedback and criticism seriously. However, it does not sound like the experience you had, and we will commit to identifying areas where we may be falling short.
Our annual engagement survey received great feedback from associates who enjoy reading Russ's Friday update emails. The responses include anecdotes such as "I love the Friday updates from Russ, and the organization does a great job of keeping us informed of what's going on in the bigger picture.", "Russ's Friday emails are one of the highlights of my Friday." and "I love reading the Friday emails from Russ. They are so motivating and encouraging, and I look forward to receiving them! #LoveFridayemailsfromRuss #Russisthebombdiggity"
Our Great Place to Work™ certification comes from the same survey mentioned above that we conduct each fall. We're very proud of this designation, just as we are proud of the contributions our associates make to our culture of collaboration each day.
