We agree that Availity has some of the most wonderful, talented, and creative people at all levels of the organization. Our culture continues to attract top talent, win new business, fuel the development of new and innovative products, and drive value back to our customers daily.
We don't have just one strong personality in the C-suite; we have several strong leaders—all aligned around Availity’s mission to improve the healthcare experience in the United States. Availity is not the same company we were six years ago, and that's a good thing! To grow and remain competitive, Availity must evolve. Is change easy? No. Change is hard as associates become more empowered in their areas and more accountable in their roles. These changes are not made in a vacuum, as we provide associates with the resources and tools they need to succeed. Leaders at Availity are not only approachable, but they are unusually accessible, transparent, and intimately involved in the day-to-day workings of their teams.
