Abundant overtime due to bad practices.

Availity was dishonest about hiring on contractors full time for a new call center after 6 months, ultimately learned they never had a plan to even measure contractors to be retained, choosing to replace us with new hires.

Thank you for your review. Availity has not hired contractors for our client services roles for the past four years. At that time, we did retain contractors and hired some of them into full-time roles based on performance. At Availity, we strive to be as transparent as possible with our hiring processes. Great culture and people. As long as you’re doing your job and producing, I have not run into any micromanaging etc. work life balance is awesome

Silo’s are common but getting better each day. That can happen with remote companies. Lots of new products and changes with new leadership etc so need to adapt
