The people at Avalign are great work with and the culture has grown so much since I’ve been here. Avalign is very team-focused and everyone is dedicated to reaching our goals together. The company has treated me very well and has been extremely flexible in times of medical and personal leave.

With some inconsistencies in the medical manufacturing field in recent years, Avalign has had to postpone bonuses, but they are always working to ensure compensation is fairly adjusted each year based on merit and industry standards.

Great environment with great people to work with. From my experience it’s very low stress but challenging enough to keep your drive. Everyone is kind as well as helpful.

Sometimes it’s cold in here? I don’t know, I can’t really say I have any complaints.
