Strong presence of nepotism. Micromanaging!!! Many managers lack experience and effective leadership skills. Poor management practices in the Los Angeles office. The office space is very small, with little privacy—everyone can hear conversations. No privacy in the workplace — conversations can be overheard by everyone. A camera is installed, creating the impression that all conversations are being monitored. Employees are seated in a crowded, open layout that feels unprofessional and uncomfortable, more like a kindergarten setting than an office.
