Filters down to employer branding with more streamlined and consistent messaging in FY16 (started 9/1/2015). Serious commitment to ongoing development, esp. for IT consultants (paid training & Microsoft certifications, etc.)

While Avanade is closely tied to majority owner Accenture and minority owner Microsoft (most MSFT platform technology sales by Accenture leverage Avanade personnel to implement), outside of the sales and technology, the company doesn't piggyback on and adapt best practices of the parent companies to its own operations nearly as much as it should.
