CEO needs to go. He's rarely there and when he does show up he undermines the senior leadership team and limits progress and growth. He'd rather fly folks around on his plane, talk about building health clubs in the back than develop a true strategy and pay people bonuses they've earned. The CEO also has a system of patrimony for those he holds close. Payouts are given to folks who are secretly loyal to him. Oh, and the benefits stink.
