There's very little room for career growth and advancement. Being a small company, advancing one's career was really difficult. We had to wait for senior employees to retire before there can be a chance for promotions. If you're okay with being stagnat or not growing professionally, then, this is a good place to work and retire. But, if you want to climb up the corporate ladder, this isn't the place for you.
