      I have been working with this team since they expanded to CO. which says a lot about a company and it's growth potential. I find it refreshing to be given an opportunity to learn more than just "my job." The campaign goals range but it keeps the day to day interesting. The hands on training is cool. Very open-minded about feedback from all roles in the company. Pay is good- the bonus incentives are a perk I enjoy.

      Honestly - this is a role for people who have a work ethic. The "time punchers" tend to drop off - typical for a sales/marketing company. If you want to find something that you ACTUALLY can move up, this would be a good fit. If you want to sit in a cubicle and hangout-- probably not for you.

      Met some really great people there. Got tons of experience in sales/customer service. Great opportunity for growth and a fun environment.

      You are told that you will be making way more than you actually do and you work 70+ hours a week. It’s all commission and most employees are struggling to pay rent, but are told to “not let it affect your attitude.” You also have to tell interviews and new starts that you are never worried about money. If you do borrow enough money from your little brother or your mom you could make it to manager , where you run your own office. (well kind of you still answer to someone) . I still don’t know how much money managers make, it’s a “?”. But it can’t be too much if you have to take business trips in a van and chip in 20 bucks for gas.

Our favorite thing is to work with people who are as motivated, excited and inspired as we are on a daily basis, this is why we emphasize the amount of passion and focus we commit to everybody's training with us.
