The strongest minds of the organization are extremely over taxed which translates to very poor training of newbies, longer response times and drawn out communications, and pure exhaustion.
The strong legacy company reputations are waning. What were once leaders in the industry have been whittled down to average third party providers riddled with mistakes. Avante a tough company to market these days. The legacy company tax id's are still in full effect so make no mistake- you are marketing for 5+ companies on a daily basis. It feels that way both with in-house order processing communications and especially at the closing table with customers.
Insane complicated compensation structure for sales that can be ruthless particularly if your customer mix is imbalanced. In 3 years time sales quotas tripled, sales (products) responsibilities more than tripled. Management/mentorship shrank. And the workforce supporting sales efforts and execution of work was cut by at least 1/3. All of that plays into being successful in sales and it got tough- not impossible- but tough.
