Awful.. absolute shambles - Recensione dipendente - Broker presso Avantis Wealth

Too many to mention all.. but here is a flavor. no investment into the business for decent leads. The ‘management’ have no control, direction or leadership qualities. The company has had so many failures over the years and does very little due diligence to stop future failures from taking place. Don’t believe the website about their rigorous DD process.. it’s mostly all crap. The owner, who because of his own terrible past failures but somehow still thinks he is some sort of business and investment guru, medals in the company to such an extent to undermine his management team and create a terrible atmosphere. The commission here is awful, coupled with the consistently terrible leads plus a company with so many failures over the years makes closing business and earning any money very very difficult.
