By the time any employee reads this they will be laid off. With a company of less than 30 people they have a HUGE turn over rate. For anyone who speaks their mind, gives their opinion, or even speaks more then a whisper of disagreement to anyone on the executive level do not be suprised if all of sudden they need to lay you off "Due to Cost." Unless your last name is the same as the president or their spouse you are expendable in this company and they have no problem hiding this fact. This "family" business is not ran by hard work and intelligence it is run by money and conniving ruthlessness. Using then losing all the employees they don't need anymore. As an employee seeing the bosses and her family pull up to their reserved spaces everyday and not even bother speaking to you, but knowing they speak poorly behind your back makes it harder to swallow then the stench coming from the unventullated bathrooms on the first floors. By the way I'm forced to put at least one star.
