I was new to the industry and the training/support has made the learning curve as painless as possible -Immense growth potential. I was promoted after 3 months of being hired- they really recognize and reward hard work.

-There is A LOT to learn. And you are expected to learn by experiencing the product for yourself. The upper management expects you to absorb their lessons, take cues from their actions/behaviors and then replicate that. It is not the most comfortable way to learn which is why I am listing it as negative, but really, it is the fastest and most efficient way to learn.

When I started at this company I saw a good compensation program. Lots of opportunity to grow for those who would work hard, food for the week were provided and also electronic devices to be able to do extra work from home. No manager chasing every single thing you did. Good environment to develop your ability to multi-task, follow directions and time management on your own.

Owner is brilliant but changes his mind too much. Took the company policy to a whole new level this year, giving benefits but reducing people's salary by even more than half before firing them. A lot of drama is always ruling this place.
