I understand if it was an issue with time zones, but there was no work done to aid employees when they had questions. Oftentimes you’d have to wait a day to hear back. Starting salary seemed okay for part-time but finding out it was pay for full time just isn’t worth it. Hourly rates are WELL below minimum wage. NDA bars employees and ex-employees from talking about a lot of things, but I have never felt more disrespected by an employer.
