Many jobs are virtual. The employee's are experienced and dedicated. The products are good.

The executives have no idea how to manage. No one is ever promoted into an executive roll. Executives come in reorganize and then are fired or quit within a year. No one gets any extra compensation in the form of raises or bonuses except for Kevin Kennedy who's raise earned him the cover of COmputerworldUK.
