Executive and Management churn, reorganizations occur all this time 3). No 401K match unless company hits revenue/profit targets 4). No STIP (bonuses) unless company hits revenue/profit targets 5). No allocated vacation pay - must request time off from manager 6). Limited to no opportunity for career advancement or growth
