Somehow they manage to find honest, smart and good people to keep moving the pieces within the company. I can’t say the same for the 90% of management. At least we have medical insurance and salary increases based on inflation, but never based on performance.

Not a clear roadmap at all on where the company is heading to. There are many conflicts of interest in the company but no one seems to care about it. No bonus based on performance, even though they make you comply with useless KPIs. There is no real work-life balance as sometimes the job gets demanding and you end up working 10-11hs a day (without cutovers).
