Minimal raises, low bonuses (even to high performers), lower than average benefits: very high deductible health insurance, minimal 4.01K match (only if the company meets its quarterly numbers), brutal layoff of good people on a quarterly basis, low moral and motivation as people are constantly concerned about their job security.
