The company keeps making money from software subscriptions and does well in sales but the way this is done is not ethical. Sales makes customers buys everything even if they do not need it just to make commission and a name for themselves.

Svantaggi

Customers are not being treated fairly. Lots of promises about services but the company will rather let it lapse so the customer is unhappy. C-Level management keeps talking about how customer success is the biggest growing area so one would think they will actually focus on it. When renewals comes around, customers are harassed to keep their subscription in an arrogant manner.
