We are constantly cultivating open communication, as part of our global culture. Avenue Coders can reach out not only to HR members to address any concerns they may have, but also to Crossroads to talk about anything, as well as their managers and buddies. If an Avenue Coder reports any issue, our first action is to support the person, listen to them carefully and respectfully, and treat the issue with seriousness. We analyze these kinds of questions according to our Code of Conduct and the Zero Means Zero Policy, in order to promote a more inclusive and respectful environment for everyone.
As a tech company, Avenue Code is constantly changing to offer the best to our people, clients, and partners. Therefore, it is expected that guidelines may change often, and we encourage our team to ask questions as much as they need, so we are able to design the best solutions together.
