I liked the job overall. Avery Lane offers a lot of freedom with lesson plans for groups for their counselors. Preparing group topics at home off the job for a few minutes a day is helpful.

Due to the demands of the job, the work can be stressful if you are unprepared. The job can also be stressful due to the nature of working with clients in general.
