Good pay and excellent work environment

Company is Headquartered out of Maryland, so you have to rely upon countless emails if you have administrative issues.

Family Atmosphere: This company truly has a family atmosphere. The "higher ups" take the time to learn about you and are very approachable. Being former military, I was wary about the "cutthroat" civilians I always heard about. This doesn't exist at ASEC! We put the warfighter first and there is no room for anything else! Company is 100% Employee Owned: This company is 100% employee owned and they are very transparent with employees about the value of the stock. When the company wins, we all win! Transitioning Military: If you are a military member and nervous about how well your skills will translate to the civilian (as I was), look no further! ASEC will find a place for you. Regardless of your background, as long as you person with good character, they will find the perfect program for you to support. We value our employees here! Work/life balance: Speaking of putting employees first, the work/life balance is amazing. PTO, holidays, flexible work schedule... ASEC has been very supportive when I needed to take time off for certain family events.

There are several locations. I don't mind it, but some people don't like the slow atmosphere of the MD location. It's pretty quiet so when we want to experience more, we just drive to DC or Baltimore.
