-Low salary. -Management abuses Job Description (and other duties as assigned) -Pizza party instead of giving a bonus. -Workload of a specialist, but title and salary grade of an entry-level support. -When you need PTO, managers/supervisors will tell you to look for someone to cover you. -No career growth. -low yearly salary increase, considering getting employees of the month multiple times.
