Despite multiple grievances raised, senior management, including HR and top executives, appeared complicit, either failing to act or actively supporting such actions. Employees who attempted to escalate issues faced further intimidation or were pressured to resign, leading to high turnover and a lack of trust in the organization’s leadership.
