Only best thing is that they don't like girls working overtime.

There are lot of things to say 1) Management hires based on communication 2) Company's owner sits in technichal interview even though he says himself a lay man. 3) HR keeps an eye who is using phone ,because they value the time you are sitting on your seat not the productivity. 4) Lunch time given is only 30 minutes they will create issue if someone is taking more than 30 minutes. 5)Lot of micromanagement. 6) tools and technologies used are way beyond the It race. They don't want to get out of their comfort zone to learn new things.
